The fact that Yodle records our calls is great and a huge factor in why we decided to work with them. A lot of companies tell you how many clicks you’re getting to your website, but didn’t give you any idea as to how many calls and emails came from them. Yodle does exactly this and it allows us to go in and track each call and email and see how many appointments we’ve set on any given day. The customer service they provide us is excellent as well; I receive a monthly tracking report which gives me an overview of how my campaigns are running and my account manager continues to check in on a regular basis to make sure I’m happy with my results. Since signing up with Yodle about 9 months ago, we’ve generated close to $29k in sales!
